Shipping policy

We generally aim to get you your stuff in 3-4 working days, but it can take shorter often within 24 hours depending on when you ordered and where you live .After ordering, processing and preparing your order we will send you a tracking number so you will be able to see what’s happening with your items.

If you are not available to receive your order in person please make sure that you or someone you trust are there or that you give clear instruction on who can accept the parcel or give your extension number at the office etc. Once your package is delivered to the address its out of our hands, literally. If no one is available to accept the parcel we will contact you to setup a new time and this can make delivery often a lot longer and be inconvenient.
