Sliding Gate Angle Galvanised Nylon Rack 2m

The Sliding Gate Angle Galvanised Nylon Rack 2m is a toothed nylon rack fitted on a galvanized channel that is specifically designed for various sliding gate motors with a maximum weight of 600kg as it has a universal tooth pitch. 

The raz rack is manufactured from nylon making it very strong and durable even after long exposure to sun.  Additionally, the raz rack and galvanized channel are ideal for coastal areas as they do not rust. Some added benefits of the nylon raz rack include a reduction in part weight and less operating noise.

Installation is quick and easy, simply screw onto the gate and adjust as necessary with the slotted mounting holes.

Warnings and Limitations on the Galvanised Angle Nylon Gate Rack:

• All installations must be done by a suitable qualified technician.
• Ensure that the correct spacing is applied between the motor pinion and the rack to ensure a smooth opening and closing of the gate. Incorrect spacing will either result in pressure on the motor and gearbox when the spacing is too little or damage to the rack when the spacing is too much as the pinion will strip the rack or break pieces off.
