Iotrend Centurion D3 Smart+ Gate Motor Giveaway T's and C's
These are the official rules for the IOTREND Centurion D3 SMART+ Giveaway ("the Competition"). By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Competition is IOTREND ("the Promoter").
2. Competition Period
The Competition commences on 13 July 2026 and closes at midnight on 31 July 2026. No entries received after the closing date will be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.
3.2 Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and consultants of IOTREND, Centurion Systems, or any other party who is directly involved in the organization or management of the Competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must complete the following steps:
1. Follow @iotrend_southafrica on Facebook and/or Instagram.
2. Like the competition post.
3. Share the post and mention @iotrend_southafrica on your story.
4. Comment your favourite SMART+ feature on the official competition post.
Note: “Commenting your favourite feature earns you 1 bonus entry.”
5. Selection of Winner
5.1 There will be one (1) winner selected for the prize.
5.2 The winner will be chosen at random by a computer-generated selection process from all valid entries received during the Competition period.
5.3 The winner will be announced on IOTREND’s social media platforms shortly after the closing date.
5.4 The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the initial attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative entrant.
6. The Prize
6.1 The prize consists of one (1) Centurion D3 SMART+ Gate Motor.
6.2 The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at its sole discretion if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6.4 Installation costs, security setup, or any associated costs not explicitly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
7. General
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Competition at any time for any reason without notice. In such an event, all participants waive any rights that they may have against the Promoter.
7.3 Participants agree that their names and photos may be used for promotional purposes by IOTREND without any further compensation.
7.4 By entering, participants agree to release Facebook and Instagram from any liability in connection with this competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
7.5 This Competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
