The TP-Link Deco BE25 (1-pack) is a BE3600 dual-band Wi-Fi 7 mesh unit for homes with fast internet. Two 2.5 Gbps ports make full use of multi-gigabit connections. Use it as your main router or access point, and add more Deco units at any time to grow one mesh network.
Key features
- BE3600 Wi-Fi 7: up to 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz.
- Multi-Link Operation (MLO): improves throughput, reduces latency and gives more stable connections. Clients must support MLO.
- 2.5 Gbps ports: two 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN auto-sensing ports per unit, for multi-gigabit internet and wired backhaul.
- Combined backhaul: units can link over wireless and wired backhaul at the same time.
- Wi-Fi 7 features: 4K-QAM, Multi-RU, 160 MHz bandwidth, MU-MIMO, OFDMA and BSS Color.
- TP-Link HomeShield: network protection, parental controls, QoS and reports. Advanced features need a paid subscription.
- Extra networks: guest networks on both bands, an IoT network and an MLO network. WPA3 supported.

Delivery
- Free delivery on orders of R1,000 or more, nationwide. Orders under R1,000: R99 standard delivery.
- Oversize items (gate motor kits, gate rack, garage door motors): an additional R250 per order, also on free-delivery orders.
- Electric fence poles always carry an additional delivery charge. We confirm the amount with you before dispatch.
- Usually delivered in 3–4 working days after payment, often faster. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
- Click & Collect is free from our Linbro Business Park store, Sandton. Usually ready within 24 hours on business days, subject to stock availability.
Returns & Warranty
- Changed your mind: return within 7 days, unused, not installed and in the original packaging. We refund the item price less a 15% handling and restocking fee. The original delivery fee is not refunded. *T&C’s apply
- Wrong, missing or damaged on arrival: note it on the courier’s delivery note before you sign and tell us within 7 days. We collect the item, and you choose the correct item, a replacement or a full refund.
- Faulty: every product has a 6-month warranty. We test the item and, if we confirm a fault, you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund.
- Please note: all returned products require technical testing before a refund, replacement or repair is offered.
- The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, modification or misuse. We tell you the outcome in writing.
- Email support@iotrend.co.za with your order number, or log a support ticket through our contact form, before you send anything back.
- Batteries: defects are covered. Damage from deep discharge or incorrect charging is not.
