- Buttress thread, easy to drive in – screw out
- Double yellow passivated – better rust prevention
- Reinforced head – better holding power
- Ribs – for securing material fit
- Internal locking rings – prevent screw expanding plug prematurely
- Correct material mix – will not become brittle in dry conditions or soft in damp conditions, ideal for South African changing climate
- Reinforced valley – strengthens anchor body

Returns & Warranty
- Changed your mind: return within 7 days, unused, not installed and in the original packaging. We refund the item price less a 15% handling and restocking fee. The original delivery fee is not refunded. *T&C’s apply
- Wrong, missing or damaged on arrival: note it on the courier’s delivery note before you sign and tell us within 7 days. We collect the item, and you choose the correct item, a replacement or a full refund.
- Faulty: every product has a 6-month warranty. We test the item and, if we confirm a fault, you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund.
- Please note: all returned products require technical testing before a refund, replacement or repair is offered.
- The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, modification or misuse. We tell you the outcome in writing.
