The maglock with a holding force of 160kg is a high quality maintenance free magnetic lock that is ideal for applications where access is restricted.

The electric lock consists of two part being the electromagnet and the armature plate. Typically the electromagnet is attached to the door frame and the armature plate is connected to the door. When the electromagnet is powered up with 12Volts the current passes through the electromagnet and creates a magnetic flux that allows the armature plate to attract to the electromagnet and creating a secure locking action

This Magnetic Lock is used in conjunction with the ZL Bracket for 160Kg
