INSTALLATION AND SET-UP
We made sure that the installation and setup process does not require any extra time or effort. Like other Ajax devices, MultiTransmitter connects to a hub in the app by scanning a QR-code. What Our Customers Say
I was very suspicious because of the low prices across all of their products, but they definitely proved me wrong — 2 days delivery time from JHB to a rural town. Definitely worth buying at this store!
What a pleasure to do business with Steve and his team at IOTrend! Fast and friendly service. They keep you informed and respond quickly. I have dealt with them several times and they have consistently provided excellent service.
They had the items I wanted in stock and I was able to collect within an hour of ordering online. Reasonably priced and efficient service.
IOTrend is top notch. Service is first world. Steve went the extra mile with my delivery turnaround time and was very helpful with advice on the energizer. Pricing very competitive. Highly recommend this company for your next purchase.
I was browsing on Sunday for better prices and found the items on IOTrend much cheaper. There is a WhatsApp service on the website — although it was a Sunday, Kobus answered the message. Excellent service.
After-sales service 10/10. Called for assistance — the driver collected the controller board the next morning and delivered it back by midday. Walked me through additional troubleshooting with calls and pictures. Gate motor back in service.
I needed a lithium battery urgently and contacted Devon at IOTrend. We closed the sale by 16:00 and I had it delivered to my home by 16:30. Outstanding.
Fantastic service. After receiving a faulty product (manufacturing issue) I had a replacement within 2 days. I stay in a rural area and they made every effort to help me get this resolved. Also the best prices everywhere I have compared so far!
