The Gemini DC Slider Gate Motor 7Ah is ideal for domestic use with sliding gates up to 5 meters not weighing more than 500Kg. The Operator is a 12V system and uses a 12v 7.2Ah Gemini Battery for backup power in the event of power failures or load shedding. The unit comes with a baseplate, 2 x 3 Button remotes, 12V 7.2Ah Gemini battery, learning stoppers, instruction manual and 50ml oil to be put into the gearbox before operation. This Kit includes the Gemini Anti-Theft Bracket.

Instructions for use
• Refer to detailed installer manual.
Maintenance and care
• Ensure that the track is kept clear from stones, dirt or any obstruction. Gate brushes can be installed to assist in clearing the obstructions.
• Ensure that the Gate wheels V profile, Gate wheels U profile or GateshoX run freely.
• Manual override the motor and check that the gate runs freely without any obstruction.
• Check that the rack is properly secured to the gate and that it does not press down on the operator pinion at any point while opening or closing.
• Clean around the motor area to ensure that vegetation does not grow to close to the motor and pinion.
• Check that the key still opens and closes the lock barrel and lubricate if necessary.
• Inspect the inside of the motor by removing the cover and ensure that it is clear of any insects and dust.
Warnings and limitations
• All installations must be done by a suitable qualified technician.
• Under no circumstances may any of the components be modified.

Delivery
- Free delivery on orders of R1,000 or more, nationwide. Orders under R1,000: R99 standard delivery.
- Oversize items (gate motor kits, gate rack, garage door motors): an additional R250 per order, also on free-delivery orders.
- Electric fence poles always carry an additional delivery charge. We confirm the amount with you before dispatch.
- Usually delivered in 3–4 working days after payment, often faster. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
- Click & Collect is free from our Linbro Business Park store, Sandton. Usually ready within 24 hours on business days, subject to stock availability.
Returns & Warranty
- Changed your mind: return within 7 days, unused, not installed and in the original packaging. We refund the item price less a 15% handling and restocking fee. The original delivery fee is not refunded. *T&C’s apply
- Wrong, missing or damaged on arrival: note it on the courier’s delivery note before you sign and tell us within 7 days. We collect the item, and you choose the correct item, a replacement or a full refund.
- Faulty: every product has a 6-month warranty. We test the item and, if we confirm a fault, you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund.
