HANDLING AND STORAGE
• Keep the battery in a clean and dry space when and if stored.
• Keep out of direct sunlight when out of storage.
• Keep the terminals protected and covered when being stored
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
WARNINGS
The Battery must be used for the purpose it was intended, because otherwise it wont work properly. This must be charged regularly with the correct charger otherwise the battery might not work as well. Please note the battery will need a minimum of 2amps charging input to charge fast enough between load shedding cycles.

Delivery
- Free delivery on orders of R1,000 or more, nationwide. Orders under R1,000: R99 standard delivery.
- Oversize items (gate motor kits, gate rack, garage door motors): an additional R250 per order, also on free-delivery orders.
- Electric fence poles always carry an additional delivery charge. We confirm the amount with you before dispatch.
- Usually delivered in 3–4 working days after payment, often faster. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
- Click & Collect is free from our Linbro Business Park store, Sandton. Usually ready within 24 hours on business days, subject to stock availability.
Returns & Warranty
- Changed your mind: return within 7 days, unused, not installed and in the original packaging. We refund the item price less a 15% handling and restocking fee. The original delivery fee is not refunded. *T&C’s apply
- Wrong, missing or damaged on arrival: note it on the courier’s delivery note before you sign and tell us within 7 days. We collect the item, and you choose the correct item, a replacement or a full refund.
- Faulty: every product has a 6-month warranty. We test the item and, if we confirm a fault, you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund.
- Please note: all returned products require technical testing before a refund, replacement or repair is offered.
- The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, modification or misuse. We tell you the outcome in writing.
- Email support@iotrend.co.za with your order number, or log a support ticket through our contact form, before you send anything back.
- Batteries: defects are covered. Damage from deep discharge or incorrect charging is not.
